For flights booked with scheduled airlines, e-tickets or airline flight confirmations will be sent to you within 24 hours of payment being accepted.

ATOL protection does not apply to flight where we act as an agent of the airline selling a traditional ‘published’ fare. I am pleased to confirm that protection does apply as we automatically insure every published ticket against Airline Failure.
